BERKELEY, Calif. – The Boston College men’s tennis team (4-7, 0-5 ACC) fell 7-0 to Cal (10-7, 3-2 ACC) Friday afternoon in Berkeley.
In doubles play, the Golden Bears took courts three and two to clinch the point. Luke Levanat and Mai Gao, fell 6-1, in No. 3 doubles, while Aidan Pack and Matthew Overvelde fell 6-3 in No. 2 doubles. The match on court one between Liam O’Leary and Matvey Greschner was left unfinished at 4-4.
Cal carried that momentum into singles, capturing all six matches. Matvey Greschner took the first set 7-5, before falling in three sets at No. 2 singles.
