There really is nowhere to hide in the Premier League.
Igor Tudor went into Monday’s (AEDT) match against Liverpool with the unenviable status as the first Tottenham Hotspur manager to lose his first four games in charge.
The Croatian finally picked up his first point thanks to Richarlison’s 90th minute strike which secured a vital 1-1 draw at Anfield.

Yet the fixture will likely be remembered for a bizarre pre-match interaction which has now gone viral on social media.
Tudor approached Spurs player liaison officer Allan Dixon from behind on the sidelines, put his arm around him and said a few words.
A stony-faced Dixon appeared confused but gave Tudor a pat on his puffer jacket.

Fans assumed that Tudor had mistaken Dixon for Liverpool manager Arne Slot, who is also bald. Watch the video at the top of the page and judge for yourself.
Tudor eventually found Slot to say hello before kickoff.
Unfortunately, Tudor wasn’t asked about the incident by reporters after the match so the mystery remains unsolved.

He was, however, quizzed about his future by Sky Sports reporter Patrick Davison.
There were rumours that Tudor would be sacked if Spurs had lost.
“Have you shown that you can provide that hope? That you don’t need a new manager?” Davison asked.
Tudor replied sharply.
“In every club in the world, it is the same when there is not a good result,” Tudor said.
“The change of coach gives ‘hope’ but the problem stays. The coach needs to solve the problem. Journalists like to ask these questions but it doesn’t make sense. The coaches are obliged to ask these questions, otherwise they like to stay at home.
“You insist with the same questions.”
Tudor then wrapped things up.
“Are we finished or not?”
