Emmerdale’s Joe Tate sets out to destroy Robert Sugden’s farming future with further blackmail next week – but the Dingles carry out the perfect heist to get revenge on the Tates.
Desperate to build a ‘Dingle Farm’ of his own, Cain gets the upper hand against Joe by stealing the cows back from Butler’s, right from under his nose. But the farm wars have only just begun…

“Joe lives for the misery of other people – he won’t rest until he’s filthy rich, the Dingles are bankrupt and the farm is no more,” our Emmerdale insider explains. “He has Robert in a trap, but the Dingles are crooked enough to outsmart him.”
Revelling in his power, Joe blackmails Robert and Aaron Dingle, leaving them no choice but to sell the cattle herd.
Robert feels defeated already, as though he’s letting his family down – but after Aaron reminds his partner about his dream of keeping the legacy alive, Robert’s resolve is strengthened.
Despite remaining in their old jobs, Matty Barton and Mackenzie Boyd are secretly acting as moles and helping Sam build the Dingle farm. But when Mack reveals they can’t afford to buy the herd from Joe, Cain’s hopes suffer a major setback. Later, Sam forgets about an important meeting regarding the farm machinery, crushing Cain’s ambitions…
“Late at night a hooded figure steals the cows from Emmerdale Farm,” reveals our spy. “Joe accuses Robert – naturally – but he has nothing to do with the theft. So Joe and Graham go on a wild cow chase…”
Joe is convinced the Dingles have stolen the cows. They’re smug in their denial, but the real cow rustler is out on a country road. Their identity is revealed when they pull back their hood – it’s Belle!

However, she’s less experienced with thievery than some of her family, so when she accidentally leaves the tracker on the bull, she begins to panic…
“Joe races after the bull along the country roads,” continues our source. “But he should’ve known better than to think he’d got a win over the Dingles! Joe’s stopped in his tracks by a Dingle decoy…”
Will Joe and Graham reclaim the herd and drive Robert and Aaron into ruin? Or will the mischievous Dingles keep the stolen cows as they build their own rival farm?
