The SCA stations lead the way in the first Bendigo Xtra Insights Survey of 2026, but there’s also plenty of cause for celebration at ARN.

Triple M Bendigo increased its lead as the station most listened to among all people 10+, up 0.3 to 25.1. Its SCA Sister station Hit 91.9 was unchanged on 21.2 and remains second, with ARN’s Gold Central Victoria jumping 3.3 to 9.9 and recording a substantial cume lift to sit third overall.

Triple M’s Jules & Cogho (main photo) are the city’s leading Breakfast team, rising 0.8 to 22.9  ahead of the networked Dan & Christie Breakfast show on Hit (-0.5 to 22.0), with Mark ‘Robbo’ Robinson on Gold Central Victoria Breakfast holding down third and enjoying a whopping leap of 5.1% to 9.8.

The ARN station also recorded solid lifts across Mornings, Afternoons, Drive, Evening and weekends.

ARN Bendigo General Manager Shane Hogan said “I’m incredibly proud of the team at Gold Central Victoria today. Localism is at the heart of everything we do, so for the local community to reward us with record audience numbers today, it’s humbling.”

SCA Head of Regional Content Blair Woodcock said “We’ve kicked off 2026 with a fantastic result in Bendigo, with SCA the clear #1 network, reaching more than 70% of the key 25–54 audience – the Audience That Matters.”

“This hasn’t been a typical survey period for the people of Bendigo and our teams at Triple M and Hit91.9 Bendigo. During the recent bushfires, both stations played an important role supporting the local community and keeping people informed while also bringing some much-needed levity during a difficult time. I’m incredibly proud of the way our teams stepped up.”

“Triple M remains the #1 station in Bendigo (25.1 station listened to most, up 3 points), headlined by a great local Breakfast show in Cogho & Jules (Bryan Coghlan and Julia Greenhalf). Hit91.9 also delivered strong results, with Dan & Christie the #1 Breakfast show for P25–54 (34.5% station listened to most). These results highlight the power of great teams creating local content that genuinely connects with their audience.”

“Congratulations to our Bendigo teams on a fantastic result. It’s a great way to start 2026 and a reminder that strong local programming continues to resonate with our regional audiences.”
