Spain’s frontcourt centerpiece was a power for her team at both ends of the court, using her strength to great effect under the hoop. She helped to wrap up a place in Berlin with big performances in the early games with New Zealand and Puerto Rico.

McGee-Stafford was rock-solid in the paint for Puerto Rico from start to finish. She cleaned up the boards and protected the paint with consistency, getting a double-double against New Zealand to help her team lock up the last ticket to Berlin.
