Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli have welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby girl!
The parents announced the exciting arrival of their daughter on Instagram and confirmed her gorgeous name, which holds a very special meaning.
“Our girl is here. Sunday Maria Brunelli, two weeks early and completely perfect. We are smitten,” they captioned the adorable photo of the newborn.

Martha revealed their baby girl was named after her great grandmother Kyriakia, a Greek name which translates to ‘Sunday’.
In the announcement photo, baby Sunday was wrapped in the sweetest pastel yellow knitted outfit.
Martha and Michael are already parents to three-year-old son Lucius, who was photographed next his baby sister in a heart-warming black and white snap.

Friends and family rushed to the comments section to congratulate the pair, who first announced they were expecting their second child in October 2025.
With the help of Looch, Martha and Michael found out they were having a baby girl and shared the news in a gender-reveal video.

In the video, the women in the family jumped up and down in celebration as Martha embraced her mum before giving Michael a big kiss.

It was an incredibly sweet moment for Martha who in the past admitted she had “planned [her] whole life for this girl” when during her first pregnancy she was convinced she was having a girl.

Of course she was super grateful and excited to welcome her baby boy, but her girl-mum dreams came with true with bub number two.

In October 2025, the TV golden couple took to Instagram to reveal they are expecting baby number two.

They made the announcement with a video of first born Lucius kissing his mum’s belly.
“Knocked up n’ knocked out. Will be back bigger (🤰🏻) and better soon… fingers crossed!” they wrote.

Fans will recall Martha’s struggle with hyperemesis gravidarum, severe nausea and vomiting, during pregnancy, before they welcomed Looch into the world in February 2023.
Martha and Michael met and fell in love during Season 6 of the experiment. They are engaged and welcomed their first son Lucius in February 2023.

The couple first laid eyes on each other at their opulent wedding ceremony in Melbourne, with the entire affair airing to the nation in 2019.
There was an instant connection and Michael remarked that he had “struck gold”.

In August 2022, the couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together and had discovered the news during their trip to Europe.
The couple revealed her pregnancy journey so far hadn’t been smooth sailing, with complications leaving the reality star bedridden for weeks.

Michael also shared some photos on his Instagram story, revealing they found out Martha was pregnant while in Rome, Italy.

On February 27, 2023, the couple became first-time parents.
They announced the safe arrival of the baby boy on Instagram, and revealed his adorable name.
“Lucius Brunelli. He’s here, he’s perfect,” Martha wrote alongside a photo of their son.
The name Lucius is a boy’s name of Latin origin, meaning “light”.

Michael commented on the post to tell followers the correct pronunciation, writing: “LOO-SHUS” if you’re wondering 😅💙.”
Since Looch’s birth, the couple have regularly given insight into the lucky tot growing up – from his birthday celebrations to family trips both across Australia and abroad.
