Elijah Smith delivered one of the scariest knockouts of 2025, delivering a WWE-style power bomb slam of Toshiomi Kazama during the preliminary card of UFC Vegas 109.

The almost 23-year-old Smith improved to 2-0 inside the octagon by delivering a Rampage Slam to Kazama at 4:10 of the opening round. Smith, the son of former UFC fighter Gilbert Smith has now won seven fights in a row, and now has secured his first UFC finish in emphatic style.

The knockout was somewhat difficult to watch, as Smith used all of his might to slam Kazama to the canvas, while also using his left arm to push down towards the floor to add even more leverage. Kazama was unconscious for quite some time, and even when he opened his eyes, he was still on another planet with the damage he suffered during the fight-finishing move.

The finish opened the eyes of many fighters — both past and present — including the recently retired Dustin Poirier. Check out their reactions below.
