“I’ll get myself right for that.”

Speaking on Seven, Pendlebury explained how it was related to an inward roll of the ankle against the Crows.
“It is what it is – after half-time, I sort of just felt sore in the ankle and Achilles again and played a little bit… I just said I feel like I can’t really roll through and push through, and we had a go at trying to get it going, and we came back out, and we were up by 25 points so they just said it’s not worth it – just rest up.”
Pendlebury acknowledged the interest in the games record, currently held by North champion Brent Harvey with 432, but said his focus was on winning games of football.
