A man and a women have been arrested after police discovered $320,000 worth of allegedly stolen Lego sets — which police said filled 15 pallets and two horse floats.
South Australia police officers discovered the colourful construction sets during a raid at a Dudley Park home, in Adelaide’s inner north west, about 5pm on Tuesday.
“The goods are suspected of being stolen from numerous retail outlets across the metropolitan area,” police said in a statement.
“Significant resources and logistics were required to transport the items which included two Mounted Police horse floats and 15 pallets to hold the seized Lego.”

A 34-year-old woman and 42-year-old man at the property were arrested and charged with theft and were bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court next month.
In a separate case last year, police arrested a 41-year-old man after finding $250,000 worth of Lego and toys they allege were stolen from departments stores across Adelaide.
