Bombers make four changes for trip to Adelaide.
Essendon fans will get a first introduction to Sullivan Robey on Saturday afternoon, the exciting debutant one of four inclusions to take on Melbourne for Gather Round.
The Bombers’ defensive unit will be bolstered by Jordan Ridley, with the former Crichton Medallist back in action after a solid buildup via the VFL in his comeback from injury. Midfielder Elijah Tsatas has also earned a recall for his first senior game of 2026 following a 36-disposal, eight-clearance effort against Footscray last week.
After missing last week due to concussion protocols, Nate Caddy is raring to go and has reclaimed his spot in the forward half.
