The MFAA said entries are assessed independently against criteria intended to measure performance and capability beyond settlement volumes. Lender awards are determined through member voting and independently verified and audited.

The state events will be held at Adelaide Oval on 28 May; the Ritz-Carlton Melbourne on 4 June; Crown Perth on 11 June; the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on 18 June; and Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on 25 June.
