ELKHORN, Nebraska — The UNI women’s golf team closed out their final tournament before the MVC Championship with a tie for seventh at the Stampede at the Creek, hosted by Omaha in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Drake claimed the team title, shooting a score of 906 (+42), while Omaha’s Katie Ruge took home the individual title, carding a 220 (+4).

?Senior McKenna Mallow led the way for the Panther women in a four-way tie for 19th place, shooting a 233 (+17). Mallow recorded a new low-round score of 76 in the third round, while sinking three birdies. Addison Berg finished in a tie for 41st place, shooting 244 (+28). Berg shot 85-81-78 over the two-day tournament. Isabella Pettersen finished right behind Berg, placing in a three-way tie for 43rd place, carding a 245 (+29). Pettersen shot consistently over three rounds with 83-81-81.

Jane Petersen finished in 46th place, shooting a score of 246 (+30). Petersen shot 78-82-86 and sank two birdies. Competing as an individual, Molly Ratchford placed in a tie for 55th place, recording a 251 (+35), while shooting 78-91-82 over three rounds. Greenlee Smock finished in a  tie for 59th place with a score of 254 (+38), finishing strong with an 82 (+10) in round two and an 83 (+11) in round three. Lauren Nuss finished in a three-way tie for 63rd place with a 258 (+42), shooting 87-87-84 to close out the tournament for the Panthers.

The Panthers are set to close out the season April 19–21 at the 2026 Missouri Valley Conference Women’s Golf Championship, hosted at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois.
