Universal used a portion of its CinemaCon presentation in Las Vegas on Wednesday to reveal the first trailer for Focker-in-Law, the latest installment in the Meet the Parents franchise and the first one since 2010.

The studio also revealed that the film will hit theaters ahead of Thanksgiving.

Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro were on hand for the film’s presentation to cinema executives. The pair are returning along with Teri Polo and Blythe Danner from the original 2000 movie, which traced Stiller’s Greg Focker introduction into the family of fiancée Pam (played by Polo), a clan led by De Niro’s tough-guy, ex-CIA patriarch Jack.

For the first three box-office hit movies, this mostly did not go well for Greg.

This time around, Skyler Gisondo and Beanie Feldstein play Greg and Pam’s now-grown kids, with the plot revolving around Gisondo’s pending nuptials to another newcomer, Olivia, played by Ariana Grande, who definitely rubs Greg the wrong way.

Ever-suspicious Jack is back with his lie detector but Grande’s character makes the cut, winning a place in the “circle of trust.” But she’s more than meets the eye.
