Radio star Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli and his wife Lisa joined an elite group for an event with Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, on Wednesday night.
The radio host, 46, snapped selfies with the royals at the Nexus Summit in Melbourne, which appeared to be hosted by lawyer and co-president of the United Israel Appeal Women’s Division, Amanda Smorgon, in her home.
Both Wippa and his wife shared posts from the night on social media, gushing about meeting the couple.

Lisa shared on her Instagram stories, “It was such an honour to meet Prince Harry and Meghan. They were so kind, warm and authentic.’
She added that the evening was ”An intimate event full of interesting and inspiring people who are driven to make a positive impact on the world.”
Meghan wore an off-the-shoulder top paired with black trousers and strappy heels. Meanwhile, Prince Harry kept it casual with a black shirt, jeans, and sneakers.

The Nexus summit describes itself as “The leading global community of the next-gen philanthropists, impact investors and innovators accelerating social good throughout the world.
The radio star and the Duke of Sussex appeared to connect on the topic of digital wellbeing.
Wippa shared another snap of Prince Harry gesturing mid-conversation with him and his wife.
“A passionate topic for @sussexroyal. Great talking @36monthsofficial and digital wellbeing for kids,” read Wippa’s caption.

The Aussie couple are vocal advocates for the digital safety of children, with Wippa having co-founded 36 Months, which was the driving force behind Australia’s historic under 16 social media ban earlier this year.
The organisation successfully raised the minimum age for children’s social media engagement by 36 months, from 13 to 16 years of age.

The royal couple will today be embarking on the third day of their four-day “non-royal” tour of Australia.
Yesterday the couple parted ways, with Harry visiting Whitten Oval and the AFL’s Western Bulldogs team to help highlight its Movember campaign.
He then made his way to Canberra to visit the Australian War Memorial, meet indigenous veterans, and attend the daily Last Post ceremony and a reception for Invictus Australia.
Meanwhile, Meghan remained in Melbourne and was rumoured to have been holding a series of private business meetings as she prepares to launch her lifestyle brand As Ever in Australia.
The couple will reconvene on Thursday for joint events.
