It was that position between urban expansion and semi-rural lifestyle that attracted Metro Property Development to the Bingara Gorge masterplanned community from the outset, project director Jeff Atkinson said.
The residential developer bought up one of south-west Sydney’s most well-established masterplanned communities from Lendlease in 2021, as well as the golf course anchoring the fairways-fronting homes.
