Summer Bay tops in entertainment, even when not on the primary channel. Plus another win for ABC News.
For the second week in a row, Home & Away has managed a pretty remarkable feat.
It topped entertainment on Thursday, despite not being on Seven’s primary channel in Melbourne and Adelaide, where AFL took precedence. In those cities it screened on 7TWO, but still drew 821,000 in National TV Audience.
7:30 was 676,000 then Gogglebox (445,000), Back Roads (411,000) and in select states Highway Patrol (319,000) and RBT (242,000).
AFL pulled 715,000 with NRL at 601,000.
Seven News was #1 at 1.38m then The Chase (626,0000). Variously were Motorway Patrol (264,000) Britain’s Got Talent (203,000) Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera (106,000).
Nine News drew 1.18m then A Current Affair (846,000) and Tipping Point (776,000). Emergency was 217,000 then A&E: Crash Scene Emergency (141,000) where they screened.
ABC News had another timeslot win at 912,000 then Grand Designs (409,000), Hard Quiz (386,000) and The Piano (197,000).
10 News was 286,000 then Millionaire Hot Seat (245,000), The Claudia Winkleman Show (200,000), Â Deal or No Deal (184,000), 10 News+ (170,000), and 10 Late News (103,000)
SBS World News (218,000 / 149,000), Mastermind (115,000), Treasures with Bettany Hughes (102,000), Riot Women (32,000) and Our Medicine (31,000).
The Morning Show: 261,000 / 164,000
Today Extra: 185,000 / 120,000
