Merab Dvalishvili turned a casual stroll into a viral stunt when he climbed the exterior of a building to meet a fan.
Dvalishvili was spotted by a construction worker perched on the building’s framework. The Georgian began ascending the scaffolding to join the worker for a selfie. Dvalishvili is currently in Philadelphia as he will face Henry Cejudo at RAF 08 (Real American Freestyle) this Saturday.
Beyond this weekend’s wrestling duties, Dvalishvili is actively campaigning for a third fight with Petr Yan to avenge his December 2025 defeat. At UFC 323, Yan reclaimed the bantamweight title by handing Dvalishvili a unanimous decision loss. Merab is currently nursing a fractured nose sustained during a recent sparring session. Despite the injury, he has remained active in his wrestling preparations.

“Don’t be nervous brother. I’m just regular guy like you. 7 years ago I was working construction too.”
