Jimmy Kimmel is continuing to hold nothing back in criticizing America’s current president.

On a recent episode of The Sarah Silverman Podcast, the longtime late-night television host, 57, shared his unfiltered thoughts about President Donald Trump with fellow comedian — and former girlfriend — Sarah Silverman, as TMZ reported.

Trump has been critical of late-night TV’s current slate of hosts, including Kimmel and Stephen Colbert — the latter of whom having announced that his show will end in 2026. But Kimmel seemed to hold nothing back when speaking with Silverman about Trump’s “unbelievable” second term in office.

“I feel like it’s probably even worse than he would like it to be,” Kimmel said on the podcast.

Kimmel even noted that he has now secured Italian citizenship, perhaps the first step in his potential move to another country amid Trump’s time in the White House. Let’s not forget that other comedians have made similar life choices of late.

That includes Ellen DeGeneres, who moved to London with her wife Portia de Rossi in late November 2024. The former TV host, 67, then confirmed to the BBC in July 2025 that they decided to stay for good once Trump won his latest bid for the White House.

“We got here the day before the election and woke up to lots of texts from our friends with crying emojis, and I was like, ‘He got in’,” DeGeneres told the BBC. “And we’re like, ‘We’re staying here.'”

Then, there’s fellow comedian Rosie O’Donnell, who stood by her promise to relocate if the former judge of The Apprentice were to take office again. O’Donnell, 63, posted on TikTok in March 2025 that she had officially moved overseas.

“I’m here in Ireland. And it’s beautiful and warm — not physically. It’s actually quite cold,” she said in the video, which she began by introducing herself as “star of The Flintstones.” “It’s been pretty wonderful, I have to say. The people are so loving, so kind, so welcoming, and I’m very grateful.”
