Seven, Nine, 10 and ABC all had some good news on Monday, in a win for Free to Air.
Monday’s primetime audience was healthy for networks last night with Nine, Seven, 10 and ABC all sharing some good results. We all win when TV is competitive.
The Block led entertainment at 1.07m in National TV Audience.
The Voice drew 859,000 then 7:30 (790,000), Australian Story (734,000) and MasterChef Australia at 712,000.
Later Have You Been Paying Attention? led at 761,000 then Four Corners (668,000), Media Watch (629,000), and 911 (368,000 / 273,000).
Seven won Monday.
Seven News scored 1.46m then Home & Away high at 903,000 and The Chase (650,000).
Nine News was #1 at 1.49m with wins by A Current Affair (1.2m) and Tipping Point (839,000). Footy Classified was 203,000 then 100% Footy (187,000), Players (61,000).
ABC News drew 977,000 for ABC. Planet America was 453,000 then Hard Quiz (451,000).
10 News was 336,000 then Deal or No Deal (310,000), Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service (190,000) and 10 News+ at 137,000, far too low for a Monday.
On SBS it was SBS World News (218,000 / 169,000), Portugal with Michael Portillo (181,000), Abandoned Railways from Above (120,000), Mastermind (97,000) and Britain’s Most Beautiful Road (79,000).
