Jordan Ridley sustained a low-grade calf strain in round six against the Gold Coast SUNS, with scans confirming the injury on Sunday morning.

Will Setterfield and Dyson Sharp both made successful returns through the VFL last weekend.

On Thursday, Essendon will name its side for the Anzac Day clash against the Pies – their 250th meeting in VFL/AFL history.
