Beth Keane issued a huge ultimatum to Jack Osborne on Hollyoaks as the aftermath of the devastating car crash began to heat up. With two versions of events being told, family loyalties have been tested.
Beth returned to the village earlier this month after over two decades away, bringing along husband Jonah and stepson Caleb as she attempted to reunite with her father, Jack. In true soap fashion, however, not everything went as planned.

Just as the Keanes were making their way to Cheshire, they were involved in an accident as Charlie Dean drove recklessly. Caleb, Frankie Osborne and Vicky Grant were all seriously injured, while the two families have sought clarity on the incident.
The fallout of the incident has seen Charlie lie that Jonah was the one who was driving dangerously, and tonight’s episode of the Channel 4 soap began with the police arriving at the Keane household as they asked Jonah to come to the station.
A furious Beth headed to the Osbornes, and confronted both Nancy and Jack over Charlie’s lie. They stated that Charlie would never lie to the police, but Beth said she would reiterate the truth when interviewed.
After she left, Nancy urged Jack to pick a side in the matter, and this gave him some food for thought. At the hospital, meanwhile, Caleb was greeted by the investigating officer, and he admitted he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
Caleb defended his father and reiterated that Charlie was the one to blame. Jonah subsequently arrived in the ward, and expressed gratitude that Caleb hadn’t lost his life in the accident.

Jack, with Nancy’s words fresh in his mind, headed to the Keanes, and spoke with Beth. He stressed that the police needed time to get the facts in order, and that both families needed to come together in a difficult time.
Beth, however, echoed Nancy’s sentiments and said that Jack needed to pick a side sooner rather than later. With the beloved character now facing the music, who will Jack choose to believe?
