Scape Australia, part of The Living Company, has appointed Jamie Page as General Manager for Leasing – Australia.

In this role, Jamie will be leading its onshore student leasing business, while also shaping the leasing and community strategy for its growing Build to Rent platform across The Living Company. These are two areas she has been fortunate enough to work closely in and cares deeply about.

“I’m proud to share that I’ve stepped up into the role of General Manager – Leasing at Scape Australia, part of The Living Company.”

After nearly four years growing Scape Australia’s student leasing platform, the move is a natural progression.

“We’re now home to almost 20,000 residents across 41 properties nationally, with a strong pipeline still to come. It’s a significant moment to be part of one of Australia’s leading residential-for-rent platforms. Community has always been at the centre of what we do. Whether it’s student living or Build to Rent, it’s never just about leasing apartments, it’s about creating places where people genuinely feel at home and can thrive. Grateful for the opportunity and the trust, and excited for what’s to come.”

In April 2026, Scape Australia appointed Kieran Preston as General Manager of International Leasing and Commercial Strategy by The Living Company.

Last year, Scape secured a A$434.3m equity commitment from Korea National Pension Service (NPS) to boost its investment strategies in the living sector. The commitment from the $800bn Korean pension fund bolsters Scape’s long-term growth ambitions.

The Build to Rent developments under this partnership will be operated through management company Rent to Live Co, which was established by Stephen Gaitanos and Craig Carracher.
