Speculation around Australia’s most talked-about wedding of 2026 has finally come to an end.
Kiwi influencer Riley Hemson, who lives on the Gold Coast, married her partner of 9-years, Vita Tomoana, in a lavish, but intimate, celebration on the NSW South Coast last weekend.
The pair first met in 2017 back home in New Zealand and have since become an online ‘it-couple’.

Hemson, 30, found her influencer status in the world of fitness and has since turned model meets entrepreneur, launching her own fashion labels Jorja & Joseph and REMMIE.
Despite the usual influencer instinct to ‘post as it happens,’ the glamorous details of the couple’s day were kept strictly under lock and key.
Fans have been checking the influencer’s social feeds with bated breath for a glimpse into the digital world’s version of a royal wedding, and yesterday the wait ended.
The celebration was officially unveiled as a Vogue Australia wedding, with the coveted title confirming that this was indeed the social media event of the year.
On Thursday, the publication’s official social media pages shared images and details, quickly sending fans into a frenzy.
“Vogue is finally feeding us with the content we’ve all been waiting for,” one commenter raved.
“She’s a Vogue bride,” another said.
A third added: “INCREDIBLE! No notes.”
“I’ve been waiting, and I’m not disappointed,” another shared.
Even popular businesses and stars were getting in on the excitement.
“Incred,” fellow Gold Coast influencer Tammy Hembrow praised.
Vodka Cruiser Australia commented: “This is my royal wedding.”
“So beautiful,” Big W Australia wrote.
Several posts have now quenched thirsts, revealing everything from guests, colour schemes and which vendors the couple used.
The venue, Linnaeus Farm Berry By Linnaeus Collection, provided the couple the privacy they wanted while reminding them of their Kiwi roots.
“We didn’t want anything to feel overly traditional or overworked,” Hemson told Vogue Australia.
“It was important that it felt like us. Clean, warm, and considered, but still relaxed enough that people could actually enjoy themselves.”
“It was exactly what it needed to be. Nothing more, nothing less,” Mr Tomoana added.
Atalie Studios, Lillian Khallouf and Paris Jade Burrows were the female powerhouse designers behind the brides’ three stunning looks, with Hemson keen to “celebrate the women behind the work”.
“I dreamt of this day for 30 years and I truly have never felt more beautiful,” she wrote in the caption of an Instagram post.
The bride shared a series of behind-the-scenes moments that grounded the day.
In a touching tribute, Hemson wore her late grandmother’s earrings and shared a clip captured moments before she walked down the aisle.
The couple also honoured their mothers, who served as the official witnesses to the marriage.
“I’m literally about to go and marry Veet. He’s my favourite person in the world, and I can’t believe I’m marrying him. So here we go,” she said excitedly in the clip.
