The Newcastle Knights are set to play hosts to the New Zealand Warriors in Round 3 of the 2025 NRL Women’s Premiership, with both sides looking for their second win of the campaign.

The Knights, who reached the Finals Series, had a surprise loss to the new side, the Bulldogs, in their opening game of the 2025 season. However, they quickly bounced back with a massive 26-6 win against the Cowboys last week, which has propelled them into sixth on the ladder.

The Warriors have also had a similar journey through the opening two rounds of the 2025 NRLW season as they began with a horror Round 1 loss to the Roosters. They then bounced back with a 14-0 win over the Eels, and are now placed eighth on the ladder.
