The silence of a ten-month injury layoff hung heavy as Jack looked down at a leg that had all but withered away in a matter of days.
After the snap of the ACL, the fittest and fastest version of himself vanished, replaced by the grueling, repetitive grind of a rehab journey that felt like it would never end.
“Within two weeks your leg all but withers away and you’ve got nothing left. You’re looking at it and you feel a bit down” Jack Bostock told the Continuous Call Team.
