In the aftermath of the 2026 NFL draft, a surprising new NFL team has the most (tied) Georgia Bulldogs of any team in the league. The Atlanta Falcons have six Georgia players on their roster, which is tied for the most in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles. Atlanta has not invested as much draft capital in Georgia players like Philadelphia has, but it is nice to see the Peach State NFL team is no longer ignoring a college football powerhouse in their backyard.
After Atlanta and Philadelphia, the Cincinnati Bengals and Minnesota Vikings both have five Georgia players on their respective rosters. Four other NFL teams have four Bulldogs on their roster entering minicamp.

The NFL currently has 74 Georgia players on rosters, which is more than enough to fill out a 53-man roster. However, not every Georgia player in the NFL is going to survive roster cuts before the 2026 NFL season starts. Several Georgia NFL veterans remain free agents like running back Nick Chubb and linebacker Leonard Floyd.
