Industry sources claim the 22-year-old television presenter and conservationist has become one of the most sought-after stars in Australian television, with Channel Seven understood to be interested in securing him for several major entertainment projects.
Among the opportunities reportedly being discussed is a potential hosting role at the TV WEEK Logie Awards, as well as involvement in future entertainment franchises across the network.
The development comes amid ongoing speculation surrounding the future of I’m A Celebrity, with reports suggesting Ten may be reconsidering the long-running reality format following declining ratings and rising production costs.
Well-placed sources claim that Seven sees Irwin as a talent with broad audience appeal and long-term potential.

The comedian is said to have walked away from the hosting position for a bizarre reason: He wanted to “leave them wanting more”, TV Tonight reports.
The outlet adds that the 52-year-old, who has gained a reputation for saying all the right things at the annual TV awards night, wants to end his tenure on a high – hence his decision to bow out this year.
