The highly anticipated Nurburgring 24 Hours is almost upon us as Max Verstappen goes in the hunt of a sensational victory around the Nordschleife.
The four-time champion will start the race from fourth on the grid, with the #3 entry missing out on the top spot by just eight-tenths on Friday at the hands of Verstappen’s team-mate Dani Juncadella.
The #84 Red Bull Team ABT will get the race underway from pole position, alongside the sister #130 car.
Starting alongside Team Verstappen on the second row is the #16 Scherer Sport PHX BMW, all of whom will be hoping to come out on top in the gruelling 24-hour race.
The race will get underway at 15:00 local time.
