In one of his first outings since finalising his divorce, Keith Urban has stepped out at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas.

The Aussie country singer, 58, braved the cameras solo, forcing the occasional smile for fans waiting outside the MGM Grand Garden Arena where the annual event was held.

His outing is a stark contrast to his ex-wife Nicole Kidman’s recent appearances.

While the Babygirl actress, 58, is practically glowing at every event she attends and living her absolute best life as a newly single woman, her country crooner ex is painting a very different picture. And fans have certainly noticed.

In a clip shared online, Keith fans offered up their thoughts on seeing the singer hit the red carpet on his own.

“Looks gorgeous however also anxious,” one observed.

“I feel so bad for him,” offered another, while someone else agreed he “looks sad”.

Fans concerned over Keith Urban's latest appearance

Some fans suggested a gruelling tour schedule could be the reason the musician appeared a little off, while others suggested Nicole always carried him through public engagements.

“Missing Nicole, he looks uncomfortable,” one said.

Another agreed: “Lost without his ex and daughters.”

News of the star couple’s split surfaced in September 2025 with TMZ first to break the news that they were ending things after 19 years of marriage.

The pair, who wed in 2006, share two children together – Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

In early 2026, they reached a settlement agreement, which included a division of assets and custody arrangements for their daughters, and the pair gave the impression that they were on good terms. However, it seems like that might not be the case.

According to recent reports, both girls live with their mother and are somewhat estranged from their father. The rift became public last month when their eldest, Sunday, unfollowed Keith on social media, with sources claiming she was keeping her distance because of a rumoured new woman in her dad’s life.

“There’s some resentment against Keith. If they are blaming someone, it’s him not her,” a source told Daily Mail back in March.

“They’ve made their own choices about their dad … Keith hasn’t tried much to make things better in their eyes.”

Following his awkward red carpet appearance, Keith perked up a little and appeared far more comfortable as he serenaded fans with his guitar while walking through a pool of water at the awards show.
