If you’re heading to Vivid Sydney this year, Samsung’s free interactive installation at First Fleet Park in The Rocks is worth building into your evening.
Sky Portal Studio is a three-portal experience designed around the Galaxy S26 Ultra camera. Move through Defy Gravity, which captures stabilised, gravity-defying shots against LED backgrounds; Unleash Your Creativity, which uses Photo Assist to composite and reimagine scenes; and Infinite Possibilities, where a wave of your hand triggers a hands-free Palm Selfie. A Creative Studio finishing station lets you edit your shots before you leave.
Running nightly from 6pm to 11pm between 22 May and 13 June at First Fleet Park, entry is free.
