LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga — A Lookout Mountain girl is once again listed among a group of teen wheelchair tennis players headed to an international World Team Cup in Belgium this month.

A release from The United States Tennis Association (USTA) announced that Lucy Heald is part of Team USA for the BNP Paribas World Team Cup: Junior Festival.

This is the second year that Heald will represent the US at the event, which the USTA says is the wheelchair equivalent to the Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup.

The USTA says for the first time ever, the junior division of the BNP Paribas World Team Cup has separate events for the boys and girls competing this year.

At last year’s combined final, Heald and Team USA fell to Great Britain.

This year’s World Team Cup will take place in Knokke-Heist, Belgium from May 27th- 31st.
