Jahrome Hughes captains Storm in the absence of Harry Grant, with Keagan Russell-Smith named at five-eighth for his second NRL game. Trent Toealu earns his opportunity at hooker, while Cooper Clarke starts at lock.
The bench includes a first-grade debut for rookie Gabriel Satrick, with Alec MacDonald returning from his hamstring strain.
