A former artificial intelligence specialist at Culture Amp, the Melbourne-headquartered employee experience start-up valued at more than $2 billion, alleges he was sacked within days of making multiple complaints about a co-worker despite earlier being told he was a good fit for the company.
Gareth Roberts joined Culture Amp in September 2025 as a principal AI specialist. In a new Federal Circuit Court filing, he alleges he was dismissed in December, two days after he complained to his manager, Greta Bradman, the wife of Culture Amp co-founder Didier Elzinga.
