Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) interim Lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje, collides with reigning 155-pound kingpin, Ilia Topuria, to unify the division title at UFC Freedom 250 next weekend (Sun., June 14, 2026) in front of the White House on the South Lawn in Washington, D.C., to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.

And as if Gaethje doesn’t have enough on his plate with Topuria — and the incoming trash talk that “El Matador” is surely going to bring next week — he now has beef with foul-mouthed UFC Middleweight champion Sean Strickland over … being American.

It all started with Gaethje calling Strickland “dumb as f—k” for bashing the upcoming historic event.

Then, Strickland unloaded.

“If being a spineless b*tch makes you a good America you can have that title,” Strickland wrote on social media. “Eat your goy slop. Just do me a favor and switch your flag [to Israel]. 5k to 15k cost to every hard-working American, not getting paid millions. 13 dead Americans for Israel. Traitor.”

“I don’t give two shits about you or Israel. God, family, country since day 1,” Gaethje wrote. “You are dumb as f—k, you bash our country every chance you get and expect to step foot on the White House grounds. Have a party with the rest of your American-hating goons.”

That’ll probably last all of five minutes, though.

Still, the UFC Middleweight champion continued his onslaught of Gaethje.

“‘You hate America.’ Did your handler give you that line?” Strickland wrote. “I love America and criticize the administration because everyone on this earth understands he is controlled by AIPAC. Iran will have nukes next month 20 years ago. … ‘I have the list on my desk.’ Just stop.”

“When Justin leaves the room, we all look at each other and think, ‘Damn, we really need to spar less,’” Strickland continued. “Man can’t even get through a sentence, and now he’s explaining to me I hate America because I don’t support the 15k Trump tax on families because of the Israeli war. Insane.”

Of course, none of this has anything to do with Gaethje’s actual fight.

“The Highlight” is a week away from the biggest opportunities of his career, where he will try to hand Topuria his first professional loss and become the undisputed Lightweight champion on one of the strangest stages UFC has ever promoted.

But with Strickland banned from the White House, Gaethje defending the event, and Topuria waiting in the wings, UFC Freedom 250 is already becoming exactly what everyone expected it to be:
