Big-hitting cricket star Chris Lynn looks to be making an exit from the property market as he makes his mark in T20 cricket in the UK.

The 36-year-old Big Bash League (BBL) favourite has put his neighbouring Sunshine Coast holdings up for sale, just days after the federal budget announced its major tax shake-up for investors.

The other is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house on the same sized block that he purchased with his Pilates instructor partner, Karlie Andrews, for $1.63m in 2020.

Backing onto bushland, it offers direct beach access, along with a heated pool, spa, and 10-person sauna.

Both properties are for sale with Amber Werchon Property.

It comes just weeks after he tried to quietly test the market by trying to sell his luxe, six-bedroom house in the inner Brisbane suburb of Windsor.

Both properties back onto bushland and have direct beach access.

The cricket veteran has been overseas playing in Northhampton for the T20 Blast, under fellow Australian coach, Darren Lehmann.
