SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Salvation Army held their annual basketball tournament on Saturday. Turn-Around Jumpers returned to Onondaga Community College, where players of all ages could compete in 3×3 matches.
The all-day basketball tournament was presented by multiple community partners, like The Hayner Hoyt Corporation, Feldmeier Equipment and One Orange Alliance.
Every dollar raised from the event will be put directly back into the community.
“As much as we all love basketball, we are here to support the programs of the Salvation Army,” said Sidney Germinio- Executive Director of Community Services at the Salvation Army.
Members of the Syracuse University basketball team attended for a few hours for a meet-and-greet with attendees and players.
