Sport Confidential is your wrap of all the footy gossip and banter.
The former partner of Gold Coast Suns star Touk Miller has lashed the social media “slut shaming” she’s copped over her job as an OnlyFans adult content creator.
Stephanie Keenan posted a video saying it was unacceptable and wouldn’t have happened if she was a man.
The fitness trainer and influencer spoke out to slam the haters and negativity.
It’s emerged she and Miller split just a few days ago after a brief romance.
“It is the 21st century, like slut shaming is so f … ing out bro,’’ Keenan said.
“It is crazy to me that that is still the f … ing angle that people take. Call me woke but you can still have sex with as many or as few people as you like. You can have sex just because you like having sex. You don’t have to have sex with the same person every time. I don’t think it’s that complicated personally.
“A man could do it … and no one would really blink twice. I understand the slut shaming thing stems more from the OnlyFans.
“The reality is every job comes with baggage, every person comes with baggage and every individual is allowed to choose what they’re OK with, what they’re not OK with.
“It’s f … ing irrelevant how you feel because no one’s forcing you to be with me. You just bite your tongue and talk to the boys about it in the group chat. No harm done.”
Keenan, who lived in Melbourne and has now moved to Queensland, is one of Australia’s top earners on the adult platform. She said she didn’t understand why people wanted to make the world a negative place.
“The OnlyFans thing, I totally understand that it’s not for everyone and it is allowed to change your perception of someone,’’ she said.
“Does that mean you have the right to go and tell them that. I’m going to say no.”
She added: “I hate to point out the obvious, there’s a reason that I do the job that I do. Because if I wasn’t making any money I definitely wouldn’t be doing it. To make this a f … ing sexist thing, god knows that a man would never be treated the same way that a woman is in the same situation.
“Just be a nice person, if not to me, to someone else. The world has enough hate. Seriously if that’s what’s making your day, your f … ing world turn, if that’s what you’ve got to do, run my name into the ground.”
Miller is believed to have split from Maddie Leek after Brownlow time last year.
They married in Byron Bay in October 2024.
Mitch Brown’s Hall of Fame outfit divides footy greats
Footy greats have expressed their disappointment in Mitch Brown’s take on the dress code at the black tie Hall of Fame night.
Garry Lyon and Tim Watson said they felt it was inappropriate to wear a black mesh sleeveless top which Brown, the AFL’s first openly bisexual player, said was a form of “self-expression”.
“If he had a black jacket on I wouldn’t have a problem,’’ Lyon said on SEN.
“But the interpretation gets lost when the jacket comes off. A mesh singlet ain’t the go for black tie. If he had have kept his jacket on that would have been acceptable, that ain’t cutting for a black tie Hall of Fame.”
Watson asked whether he should have been allowed in the room.
Wayne Carey was another who commented on Brown’s look.
“Mitch Brown HOF outfit seriously? Black tie function biggest night on AFL calendar,’’ he posted to X.
Brown responded to a critic on his Instagram.
“Oh, so sorry completely forgot that men aren’t allowed to express themselves. Back in my box I go,’’ he wrote.
Brown told Sport Confidential that “owning your identity is expressing yourself”.
“Even in these traditional settings to go and reclaim who you are is really empowering. I feel great, coming back to these spaces and being who I am and not wearing what you’re meant to wear is all part of my self expression.
“Dipper came up to me and said I wish I could wear that.”
Mike Sheahan buoyed by support after Hall of Fame snubbing
Mike Sheahan has been buoyed by a flood of messages since it was revealed he didn’t score an invite to the Australian Football Hall of Fame induction dinner on Tuesday night.
The former chief footy writer and Fox Footy host was absent from the AFL’s big celebration of its legends for the first time since he was a founding selector in 1996.
“It’s been heartwarming who I’ve heard from,’’ Sheahan said. “It’s nice that others in the industry care.”
Sheahan missed a call from AFL CEO Andrew Dillon, and heard from the likes of Eddie McGuire, Tim Watson, Gerard Healy, Doug Hawkins and Garry Lyon who said it was a bad mistake.
Sheahan told the Herald Sun: “Nothing is as obsolete as yesterday’s man.”
“Not only can I not get in it, but I can’t get invited either,’’ he said.
“I think the original selection group should have the option to say I’ll go or I’ll decline.”
Among the original selectors were Kevin Bartlett, Lou Richards, Caroline Wilson and John Kennedy Sr.
Kids Call returning to Channel 7
Channel 7’s innovative Kids Call is back on Sunday.
Led by Alex Kouts, Ned Bolton and Indie Axup, the young footy fans will again present their own pre-game and post-match coverage, as well as full match commentary for Sunday’s match between St Kilda and GWS at Marvel Stadium.
Joel Selwood, guiding the trio alongside Theo Doropoulos, said it’s a joy to be part of the 7AFL Kids Call.
“I was really impressed with how well the kids went in their first season behind the camera and can’t wait to see what they have in store for us this weekend,’’ he said.
“Ned, Indie and Alex are all incredibly talented and are genuine footy experts. From what I saw last year when calling alongside them, I know they all have a bright future ahead in the commentary box and on the boundary.
“Theo and I are both dads, so we’re pretty comfortable being outnumbered by kids – but after working with Ned, Indie and Alex last year, it’s clear they’re the ones running the show.”
‘Yesterday’s man: Mike Sheahan snubbed from AFL’s night of nights
It’s one of the best nights on the footy calendar and one of the regular faces in the room was notably absent on Tuesday night.
Former chief footy writer and Fox Footy host Mike Sheahan, who was one of the founding selectors of the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 1996, didn’t score an invite.
When contacted Sheahan said it was the first one he’d missed.
“Not only can I not get in it, but I can’t get invited either,’’ he said.
“I think the original selection group should have the option to say I’ll go or I’ll decline.”
Sheahan quipped: “Nothing is as obsolete as yesterday’s man.”
Among the media inducted into the Hall of Fame so far are Bruce McAvaney, Dennis Cometti, Tony Charlton and Harry Beitzel.
Sheahan is an AFL life member and has the Mike Sheahan Media Centre at AFL House named in his honour.
He said he’d been campaigning for years to get Geoff Raines and Alastair Lynch into the Hall of Fame, to no avail.
‘What was that guy’s name again?’: Pickett draws a blank after MCG heroics
Kysaiah Pickett had a memorable day on Monday but there was one thing he couldn’t quite remember – the name of his opponent.
The Melbourne livewire ran riot at the MCG and won the inaugural Neale Daniher Trophy with 28 disposals and three goals.
He was quizzed about his game, with Collingwood’s Ed Allan going to him, on The Agenda Setters.
Kane Cornes asked: “Were you surprised at the lack of attention that you copped early?”
Pickett replied: “What was that guy’s name again, he ended up coming to me hey.
“I forgot what his name was. I think he done all right but I end up just keep grinding out so yeah.”
Pickett couldn’t help himself and had a little laugh.
Cornes said: “Poor old Ed Allan.”
Cleary can see clearly now
No it’s not Off Campus heart-throb Garrett Graham, it’s Mitch Cleary like you’ve never seen him before.
The Channel 7 chief footy reporter has unveiled a new look — ditching the Clark Kent glasses and going with contacts.
“I actually look like a different person,’’ Cleary said.
“I used to wear contacts up until I was 19 or 20 but Damian Barrett was my mentor so I stuck with the glasses.”
Cleary is wearing contacts for a one-off Amateurs match he’s playing next month.
He’s trading the signature look thanks to Specsavers and embracing Dual Wear glasses for his Tradies podcast too.
“My body won’t hold up for more than one or two games,’’ he said.
Cleary might be able to scope out airports incognito. His footy comeback may also open the door to a Legends Game call up.
‘That’s harsh’: Kane Cornes cops sledge while on air
Kane Cornes copped a brutal sledge while commentating Sunday night footy alongside his one-time nemesis Cameron Ling.
It was four years ago that Cornes and Ling were in a public feud after the former Geelong star took a whack at Cornes over his comment that Carlton erred picking Sam Walsh ahead of Port’s Connor Rozee.
“How is the chemistry,’’ Cornes said Monday morning on SEN breakfast.
Cornes’ co-host David King then replayed a humorous but pointed response Cornes gave on the Sunday Footy Show when he took aim at Ling over the Carlton selection dust up.
“You’ve done this skit before when we were on the All-Australian (selection) team together,’’ Cornes said to King on Monday.
“We’ve been in rooms together, he (Ling) understands the theatre and the entertainment side of things.”
Cornes then revealed he’d received a text during the Channel 7 coverage of the Essendon v Carlton match, saying: “You’re not even the best tagger on the broadcast”.
Cornes said: “That’s harsh. He’s got me covered there.”
‘Suck it up make’: Stefanovic calls out ‘bitching’ Scott
Karl Stefanovic says Geelong coach Chris Scott needs to “suck it up mate” after copping feedback from Adelaide fans he called “nuffies”.
The Today Show co-host said Scott’s experience was minor — he is accosted by people all the time.
Scott confirmed he had spoken to security after he looked back in the direction of a group of fans as he made his way down to the three-quarter time huddle at Adelaide Oval on Thursday night.
“Of course, they did (have words with me) they’re nuffies, but that’s okay,’’ Scott said.
In a humorous chat on Triple M’s Friday Huddle, Stefanovic said: “I heard Chris Scott, you know when he was bitching about the Adelaide crowd, this is what New South Wales people are, they’re soft like Chris Scott.
“I mean just suck it up mate.
“I’ve got a Toyota and I’ve got my podcast sticker on the side, I get spat at every day right? I get spat at as I drive down the street by old women. Just put up with it and get on with it. Put your pants on, Scotty.”
Stefanovic is preparing for the launch of his new GOLD FM radio show called The Long Weekend with co-host Eddie McGuire which debuts on Friday from midday.
Magpie big man’s baby joy
Collingwood star Darcy Cameron and fiance Adriana Guevara Paez have welcomed a baby girl.
The couple announced the birth on Sunday, following Guevara’s milestone birthday.
“Bruna – Cameron Guevara. The most beautiful 30th birthday gift I could have asked for,’’ they wrote.
Congratulations came from Cameron’s teammates and Magpies WAGs including Annalise Dalins, Kahlia Howe and Frankie Evans.
‘The Americans know he’s the best’
Popular footy caller Matt Hill was missing from Fox Footy on Thursday night because he was in New York calling one of the world’s most famous horse races.
Hill’s absence meant Mark Howard was commentating alongside Dwayne Russell.
“Matty Hill flew first class to America to be involved in a leg of the Triple Crown out of New York,’’ Howard said on Triple M.
“He’s calling the race that allows you into the Melbourne Cup.
“He flew first class, he’s been looked after by the Americans because they know he’s the best.”
For the record Kentucky Derby winner Golden Tempo won the Belmont Stakes.
Howard confirmed Russell’s usual routine was followed during the Geelong v Adelaide clash — drinking two litres of milk and eating six chocolate bars.
