Brooklyn Beckham made sure to remind us that the Beckham family feud is alive and well as he appeared to take a petty swipe at his family in a new advert.
The 27-year-old has cashed in on his family drama with a new ad for DoorDash focused around the World Cup.

The clip, which was shared in a joint post on Instagram by Brooklyn and DoorDash, shows the budding photographer and chef casually sitting on the couch in his living room.
“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home. It’s a long story,” he says, before getting off the couch and placing a stack of tickets on the table beside a DoorDash bag.
The video was simply captioned, “Long story,” hinting there may be a series of ads in the works.
DoorDash added fuel to the fire by commenting on the video, “We have a guess why you’re watching from home…”
The comments section appeared to heavily side with Brooklyn’s parents, Victoria and David Beckham, labelling Brooklyn’s swipe at his family as “cringe” and “embarrassing”.
“Love the fact that he got the gig because he is Beckham’s son, yet shades his father in the commercial,” one fan wrote.
“Seems very happy to still be profiting off the Beckham name,” added another.
Rumours of the Beckham family feud began way back in 2022 when Brooklyn’s now-wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, decided not to wear a wedding gown custom-made by Victoria.
It seemed for a while that the family had buried the hatchet, but whispers of a rift began to pick up again when Brooklyn was repeatedly absent from family events.
As fans and media continued to speculate, Brooklyn eventually posted a six-page social media statement in January 2026, officially announcing that he had cut ties with his family.

“For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family. The performative social media posts, family events, and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into,” he wrote.
“Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”
