Two legendary Australian bands, Australian Crawl and Men At Work, are set to reunite for a series of shows later this year.
The bands will return to the stage as part of this year’s Red Hot Summer Tour festival line-up, which will tour the country from October to November.

In their short career between 1978 and 1986, Australian Crawl delivered enough hits to cement themselves in Aussie rock history, including The Boys Light Up and Reckless.
The performances will mark the first time the original Aussie Crawl line-up – James Reyne, Simon Binks and David Reyne – have performed together in more than 40 years.
James has performed the band’s work solo over the years, while his brother, David, left the band shortly after its formation to pursue a television career.
He currently works as a regular host on Getaway.
“What a delight it will be to do it all again with those of us from the original gang who haven’t yet propped permanently at Heaven’s Bar,” David said of the reunion.
Meanwhile, Men at Work achieved global success with hits like Down Under and Who Can It Be Now?, and won the Grammy Award for best new artist in 1983.
Frontman Colin Hay, who lives in the US, will return home alongside a band of LA-based musicians.
“My favourite Men At Work tour was the summer of 1981, when our stars were in ascension, and we hugged the coast of eastern Australia, and the west from memory,” Hay said.

Also joining the homegrown line-up are Birds of Tokyo, Vika & Linda, Eskimo Joe, Boom Crash Opera and Ella Hooper.
