Great OPBF Bouts: In Soo Jang and Raji Doi Crowned in South Korea

CHEONGPYEONG, South Korea – The Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) experienced a thrilling night of boxing this past June 13th, 2026, in Cheongpyeong, where two vacant championship crowns were on the line, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.

Under the flawless promotion of Won Ⅱ Choi and the rigorous supervision of John Hwang, the card exceeded all expectations, crowning two new monarchs in the bantamweight and middleweight divisions.

In Soo Jang Scoring a Blistering Finish at Bantamweight

In the clash for the OPBF Silver Bantamweight Championship, local fighter In Soo Jang (South Korea) secured a spectacular victory by defeating the gritty Filipino contender Jover Amistogo via technical knockout (TKO).

The climax of the battle came emphatically at the 2-minute and 25-second mark of the fifth round, when referee Jae Bong Kim halted the action due to Jang’s sheer dominance. With this triumph, the South Korean proudly hoists the prestigious green and silver belt. The scorecards of judges Byoung Jo Na, Mai Oji, and Jae Shin Park became a mere formality in the face of the new champion’s stopping power.

Raji Doi Lays Down the Law at 160 Pounds

Meanwhile, the middleweight division crowned a dominant new ruler. In the showdown for the OPBF Silver Middleweight Championship, top-ranked Raji Doi (South Korea / Uzbekistan) put on a boxing masterclass to defeat brave fellow contender Min Joon Jay (South Korea) via unanimous decision (UD).
