The New York Knicks‘ NBA championship celebration continues tonight on a new episode of Password Season 3.

The fan-favorite game show is just a few weeks into its third season, with Emmy-winning Host Keke Palmer and Jimmy Fallon returning as its resident player. And the June 16 episode will be one basketball fans won’t want to miss when Knicks guard Josh Hart will see if he can bring his winning ways to Password!

Hart and his teammates captured the Larry O’Brien championship trophy with a Game 5 NBA Finals win over the San Antonio Spurs on June 13, ending a 53-year title drought for the storied New York Knicks franchise.

Josh Hart appeared on the June 15 episode of The Tonight Show with his Knicks teammates

Fallon brought up something interesting during Hart’s Tonight Show interview on Monday alongside teammates OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges.

Early in the 2026 NBA Playoffs, during a stoppage of play in Game 1 of the Knicks playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers, Hart stopped courtside, where Fallon was sitting, to untie the longtime Tonight Show host’s sneaker.

Hearing Fallon explain how it happened for the first time was just too funny.

“I had you on the show before, and I love you — and on the court, I don’t look at you, you don’t look at me. You’re focused,” Fallon explained. “So I was rooting for you the whole game — and then you walked by, and I thought you were fixing your sock or something, and you untied my shoe. And then you won by like, 20 points or whatever, and then the next game I went to, you did it again.”

Hart couldn’t help but laugh.

As it turns out, untying Fallon’s shoes turned into one of Hart’s biggest good-luck charms. In fact, the star continued the tradition throughout the 2026 NBA Playoffs as the Knicks rolled toward the NBA title.
