Another two men have been charged over the alleged kidnapping murder of 85-year-old Sydney man Chris Baghsarian.
Just after 5am on February 13, Mr Baghsarian was taken from his North Ryde home in a case of mistaken identity.
The elderly man’s abduction triggered an 11-day search with his remains later found near a golf course in Pitt Town in the city’s north-west.

It is understood his captors’ intended target was a relative of Sydney businessman Dimitri Stepanyan, who also lived nearby.
Detectives attached to the State Crime Command’s Robbery and Serious Crime Squad were investigating the case under Strike Force Chabot, and on Tuesday two further arrests were made.
About 7:15am yesterday, detectives executed a search warrant in Shalvey where they arrested 19-year-old Brendan Gorman.
A short time later, strike force detectives arrested 21-year-old Codi Fuller in Silverwater.

Both men were taken to Mt Druitt Police Station where they were charged with murder and take/detain in company with intent to ransom occasioning actual bodily harm.
Mr Gorman was also charged with failing to comply with a digital evidence access order direction.
They were refused bail and their matters were briefly heard at Mt Druitt Local Court on Wednesday.

Sydney lawyer Feddy Kak, who is representing both of the men, spoke briefly outside court.
“Matters are still in the very early stages, and clients maintain their right to the presumption of innocence until anything further comes forth,” he said.
Their cases have been adjourned to July 17.
Four people have previously been charged and remain before the courts.
Police appeal to public
Police allege that when Mr Baghsarian was kidnapped from his North Ryde home he was taken to a “stronghold” in Dural.
It is believed the derelict Dural property was used as a base by Mr Baghsarian’s captors.
Images and video had circulated of Mr Baghsarian tied up and being assaulted, prompting police to repeatedly issue urgent pleas for his safe return.
Robbery and Serious Crimes Squad Commander Andrew Marks previously said Mr Baghsarian had died at the Dural location before his body was left at the Pitt Town scene.

Last week, detectives appealed for public assistance to identify a man police wanted to speak with in connection to the case.
CCTV images were released of the man in question, pictured in a hardware store in Leppington about 7:30am on February 11, two days before Mr Baghsarian was kidnapped.
He was described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, between 175cm and 185cm tall, of medium build, with long brown hair and a beard.
