Kathleen Flores Women’s Rugby Head Coach Rosalind Chou, PhD has announced nine additions to the Bears’ incoming Class of 2030.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Class of 2030 to Brown Women’s Rugby at such an exciting moment for our program,” Chou said. “This incoming group is one of the largest and most talented classes we’ve assembled in recent years, bringing with them a remarkable blend of skill, versatility, leadership, and drive that will strengthen the foundation we’ve worked so hard to build.
What truly sets this class apart is not just where they are today, but where they’re headed. We recruit for character and potential, and this group has tremendous upside as players, leaders, and as people. We can’t wait to coach and mentor them as they grow into their full selves over the next four years.
This year’s class also marks a new chapter for our program: we’re welcoming new assistant coaches to our staff, who bring fresh energy, expertise, and perspective to our team. Together, we’re building something special, and this recruiting class is a cornerstone of that vision.
The geographic and international reach of this class reflects both Brown’s global reputation and the growing stature of our program. Our newest Bears are joining us from Pennsylvania, California, Indiana, Wisconsin, Colorado, Australia, and the United Kingdom, a testament to our ability to attract elite recruits from around the world. The diverse experiences and backgrounds they bring will enrich not only our team culture, but also the Brown community.
