Actress Bhavana has declined to comment on the recent elections held by the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA), stating that she is not currently affiliated with the organisation. When approached by the media with questions regarding the elections, Bhavana said she was unaware of the developments and may respond at a later stage if necessary.
“I’m not a member of AMMA at the moment. I don’t have any details about the elections, and maybe I’ll speak on it another time,” Bhavana told reporters.
Meanwhile, newly elected AMMA President Shwetha Menon, in a statement to Mathrubhumi News, clarified that reinstating former members is not currently part of the association’s agenda. She stated that anyone who wishes to rejoin the organisation would need to follow its rules and protocols.
