The baby boy will be a younger brother to the couple’s daughter, Noa Mowbray, who turned two in March.
The couple have spoken publicly about their struggles with fertility.
Lupton previously shared her experience of miscarriages, failed IVF cycles and the loss of a daughter, stillborn at 24 weeks in 2022.
The couple later welcomed Noa and have since become advocates for fertility treatment, launching Gingernut’s Angels to help improve access to IVF for families who cannot afford it.

Last week, Mowbray and his brother Mat Mowbray topped the 2026 National Business Review Rich List, with an estimated fortune of $20 billion.
The Zuru co-founder told Newstalk ZB’s Heather Du Plessis-Allan Drive one of the most important factors in business was developing a “winning mindset”.
“Number one, an approach to continuous improvement, number two, a sense of belief that you can go out and win,” Mowbray said.
He said the achievements of Zuru and Rocket Lab showed New Zealand was capable of producing globally competitive companies that could “deliver prosperity” while “increasing living standards for people”.
Lupton co-founded haircare brand Monday Haircare in 2020 and is a successful entrepreneur in her own right.
