Liam Patterson-White took a career-best 6-43 for Notts in the Essex first innings to help set-up a win for the reigning champions at Chelmsford. The left-arm spinner added three more victims in the second innings.
You do wonder where Hampshire would be without Kyle Abbott as he took 9-55 in their victory over Sussex.
Youngster Tom Norton ripped through Surrey’s first innings with 5-50 to help Glamorgan to a win at Cardiff, to back up his performance of a hat-trick against Somerset last month.
Derbyshire’s Ben Aitchison finished with match figures of 7-69 with a five-fer in the second innings having clubbed 75 with the bat against Lancashire to wrap-up a huge win at Chesterfield.
