The Swans have regained Errol Gulden almost four months after he seriously injured his shoulder, also against Brisbane, while Tom McCartin returns from his latest concussion but Dane Rampe won’t play at AFL level after his calf strain.
Peter Ladhams also comes into the Swans side, replacing Hayden McLean who is omitted along with Matt Roberts and Harry Kyle.
At Brisbane, Ryan Lester is back after a month on the sidelines with a calf issue, in a direct swap for Shadeau Brain.
The rest of the Round 16 teams will be announced Thursday 6:20pm.
