One Nation has parked “Fire the Liar” billboard trucks outside Parliament House in Canberra to taunt Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
The move comes after the same trucks were sent to Mr Albanese’s Sydney office as part of a revenge campaign against Labor.
In response to Labor launching a “Stop One Nation” fundraising drive, Ms Hanson responded with her “Fire the Liar” campaign.
“People are sick and tired of this government which is not giving us accountability,” Ms Hanson told reporters on the lawn of Parliament House.
“The budget they’ve handed down, it’s going to rake in another $77 billion out of the pockets of Australians.”
Ms Hanson confirmed the billboard trucks had been paid for out of donations to her “Fire the Liar” campaign, which has raised almost $5 million.
“I thank the Australian people again for donating … via the Liar campaign. Australia’s got behind us. All I hear is that he (Mr Albanese) has raised only $20,000.”
One Nation’s campaign accuses Mr Albanese of lying across a sweeping list of issues, including immigration, energy prices, and falling off a stage.
The billboard truck campaign came after signs mocking Mr Albanese popped up in Copacabana, where he owns a $4.3 million seaside mansion.
There was another campaign in Canberra, where more than a dozen billboards targeted Mr Albanese’s controversial tax changes as MPs arrived for parliament.
Ms Hanson has repeatedly goaded Mr Albanese in recent months, most recently saying she would “love it” if he quit his job.
She said Mr Albanese should follow in the footsteps of his friend, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and resign.
Sir Keir resigned just two years after winning a supermajority at the 2024 election, but saw his support disappear amid policy backflips and immigration concerns.
The parallels between the two centre-left leaders became an attack line for Ms Hanson, given Mr Albanese won a supermajority in 2025 and has seen his popularity slide.
Asked on Tuesday whether Mr Albanese should follow the example of the departing British PM, Ms Hanson said: “I’d love it, and so would the Australian people.”
“As it’s proven, I started up ‘Fire the Liar’ with $4.8 million in funding from the Australian people – donations.
“It’s clear that the people don’t want Anthony Albanese as the Prime Minister of this country any longer … We’ve got an election one and a half years down the track.”
Mr Albanese has appeared increasingly concerned by One Nation’s rise, with the latest polling showing the minor party has grown more popular than Labor.
According to the latest Sky News Pulse / YouGov survey, conducted from June 9 to 16, One Nation has captured 28 per cent of the primary vote, ahead of Labor on 26 per cent.
The Coalition trailed on 21 per cent, with the Greens capturing 13 per cent and independent or other parties at 12 per cent.
Labor led both the Coalition and One Nation on a 52-48 two-party preferred basis among all voters, but this was heavily divided by age.
Seventy per cent of the two-party preferred vote among 18-34 year-olds would go to Labor, while 58 per cent of people aged over 50 went to One Nation.
