Netflix has revealed new cast additions for season 2 of Dept. Q and more plot details.
The Edinburgh-set series based on Jussi Alder-Olsen’s Department Q books, and stars Matthew Goode as the misanthropic DCI Carl Morck.
Alexej Manvelov as Akram, Leah Byrne as DC Rose Dickson and Jamie Sives as DCI James Hardy all return, and they’re joined by Aisling Franciosi, Greg Wise, Nicolas Rowe, Tony Curran, Hamish Clark, Alex Ferns, Ross Anderson, Rebecca Root, Isla Johnson and Amy Brenneman.
“This season, Carl and his band of misfits tackle a terrible crime hidden in the highest echelons of Scottish society,” Dept. Q executiveproducer Rob Bullock revealed. “It is a story for our times: rich and powerful people who believe they are above the law. Carl, of course, knows otherwise.”
