Queensland State of Origin stars Lindsay Collins, Sam Walker and Robert Toia were all put on report on Friday night, clouding their availability for the decider.
Roosters enforcer Collins is facing a nervous wait on two fronts ahead of the July 8 decider after being booked by the referee and failing a head injury assessment.

The Tricolours defeated the Broncos 24-18 in damp conditions to all but end the finals chances of the reigning premiers, who have now lost seven games in a row.
Collins was placed on report for a high shot on Broncos prop Xavier Willison in the 10th minute.
The Brisbane front-rower had a head injury assessment and failed it, ruling him out early.
It then emerged early in the second half that Collins had begun experiencing delayed concussion symptoms at half-time, after leaving the field in the 25th minute.
Collins must serve an 11-day stand-down for failing a head injury assessment. He will have completed the stand-down in time for the decider, but he won’t be allowed to train during the 11 days, affecting his preparation.
Meanwhile, Roosters halfback Walker was put on report for a shoulder charge on Broncos fullback Reece Walsh in the 12th minute.
Tricolours centre Toia then joined Collins and Walker in the book in the 66th minute after performing a lifting tackle on Broncos winger Josiah Karapani.
Queensland’s squad for the decider will be confirmed at 8am on Monday.
